E-Moto USA, a forward-thinking company in the electric vehicle sector, is seeking a motivated and professional Work From Home Appointment Setter / Call Centre Representative to join our team. This is a Part-Time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your own home. The successful candidate will be a crucial link between our company and potential customers, responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. We are looking for an articulate and enthusiastic individual to represent our brand and help drive our growth. The salary for this role is between $15 and $29 USD per hour, dependent on experience.



 

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
• Clearly and confidently introduce E-Moto USA and our innovative range of electric vehicles.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their interest.
• Schedule confirmed appointments for our dedicated sales consultants.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all call outcomes and customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre role is essential.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, confident, and engaging telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently.
• A high level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• An interest in electric vehicles or sustainable technology would be advantageous.
