Work From Home - BAMS ,BHMS , BDS Doctors

Qualification :- BAMS , BHMS BDS - languages must have Punjabi, Gujarati, Oriya, Bengali mandatory Immediately join

Roles & Responsibility :-

• Should be present on all working days.
• Should dedicatedly work & achieve daily set benchmarks.
• Should be flexible & open to work on all process (Tele-Video MER, HVV etc) & all calling modes (Tele/ Video)
• All planned leaves to be taken with prior approval from Manager/HOD.
• Should wear apron while attending Video Calls.

Target cases :

15 - 20 or more case base on client availability needs to do conversation (350 - 400 Monthly cases or more) . If fail to achieve payment will be processed as per the penalty clause.

Salary : 25k penalty will be applicable from 2nd month

Working Days :

• Shift timing 12 to 8.30
• Monday to Saturday.
• All Sunday working.(Weekly off will be applicable in between Monday to Thursday).
• For 7 days of training, you have compulsory visit to our nearest branch

Important Note :-

• Should have a rubber stamp with the Name , Degree , Registration number.
• Proper Electricity and Internet or Wi-Fi connection is required.
• In case of any such issue, the doctor should work from nearby HI branch office.
• If required once in a month doctor needs to visit office.
• Additional support and extension of working hours are required in closing of IC’s.
• Payment will be process on the attendance basic and productivity.
• In 6-month, provision period no leave will be considered.

Post that confirmation will depend on the performance and attendance of the doctor.
