• Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure agreements that benefit both the client and company.
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirement

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently from home while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization.
