Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage financial tracking and reporting for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be based in the UAE, preferably in or near DIP, and available for occasional coordination if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project-wise accounting and cost tracking
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of each project
• Prepare invoices, payment tracking, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Coordinate with site team, procurement, and management
• Assist in financial closing of projects

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in UAE (DIP preferred)
• Should hold a valid family visa
• Proven experience in project accounting (construction/interior fit-out preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
