Role Summary

As an Application Lead , you will design, build, and configure applications using Workday Extend , acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will lead development efforts, ensure solution quality, and support agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act independently as an SME for Workday Extend
• Lead application design, development, and configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide solutions to technical challenges
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend (mandatory)
• Knowledge of application design best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Good to have: Workday Integrations and Reporting
