Workday Functional Recruit (Top Priority)

a. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Workday Analyst with expertise in Workday Recruiting . This role will lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday modules, ensuring seamless talent acquisition processes, secure system operations, and an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
a. · Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting processes including job requisitions, offer letter approvals, dashboards, reports, and onboarding workflows.
a. · Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent Acquisition.
a. · Manage integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., Eightfold CRM) to enhance candidate experience.
a. · Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues related to data, performance, scheduling, and file transmissions.
a. · Understand and configure Workday onboarding templates, tasks, and workflows to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
a. · Preboarding Integration: Manage integration of preboarding activities such as document collection, background checks, and compliance forms.

Workday Functional focus on Preboarding/Onboarding and focus on HCM / Recruit

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Workday Analyst with expertise in Workday Recruiting or HCM with focus on Onboarding. This role will lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday modules, ensuring seamless talent acquisition processes, secure system operations, and an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting processes including job requisitions, offer letter approvals, dashboards, reports, and onboarding workflows.

Workday Integration PECI (Payroll Integration)

1. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Workday Integration Analyst with expertise in Workday Payroll Integration (PECI). This role will lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
5 + years of experience in Workday HCM particularly the PECI integration system, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and modules.
Hands of experience in Domain and Business Process Security Policies; Simple, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting; Custom Objects; Calculated Fields; and Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connector Integrations, Document Transformation , XSLT
Knowledge of creating and unit testing Workday calculated fields (CFIs)
Ability to work with project teams to understand business requirements and translate and implement these requirements into Workday configuration
Thorough understanding of the Workday security module
Ability to configure and execute Workday integrations including PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
