Job Title: Workday SCM Functional Analyst (Business Analyst – Supply Chain)**

Role Summary
The Workday SCM Functional Analyst (BA) will support and optimize the Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) module within a healthcare enterprise environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, functional configuration, system enhancements, and integration support across Workday SCM and related supply chain applications including warehouse systems and third-party vendor platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine strong functional supply chain knowledge with hands-on Workday SCM configuration experience and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Workday SCM Functional Support
- Provide functional support for Workday Supply Chain modules.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in procurement, inventory, receiving, and warehouse workflows.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity.
- Support enhancements, configuration updates, and system optimization initiatives.
Application Ecosystem Support
- Support related applications including:
- Par Excellence (inventory automation)
- GHX Marketplace (healthcare procurement network)
- NiceLabel (label printing)
- Warehouse print servers for receipts and packing slips
- Coordinate issue resolution across integrated systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday SCM and third-party systems.
Project & Enhancement Initiatives
- Participate in and occasionally lead projects related to:
- Workday enhancements
- Supply chain process improvements
- System upgrades and patches
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants.
- Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Document configuration changes and process updates.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather and document functional requirements from Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into Workday configuration solutions.
- Support data validation and reporting needs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with vendors and consultants for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership and operational teams.
- Provide functional training and end-user support.
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in ERP Supply Chain systems.
- Hands-on functional experience with Workday SCM.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP production issues.
- Experience supporting integrated third-party systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare supply chain experience.
- Experience with Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, or similar procurement platforms.
- Familiarity with label printing systems (NiceLabel) and warehouse print servers.
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of reporting and data analysis within Workday.

Pay: ₹786,977.50 - ₹2,202,619.02 per year
