We are looking for an experienced Workday Studio Developer to join our HR Technology team. The role involves designing and developing Workday Studio integrations within HR applications (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation).

What You’ll Do

• Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Partner with HR teams to deliver seamless HR data flows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Workday HR integrations.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance in HR systems.

What We’re Looking For
Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
Experience in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting).
Skills in XSLT, XML, JSON, APIs, Report Writer, Calculated Fields.
8+ years of overall Workday HR & integrations experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,385.41 - ₹37,037.26 per month
