Purpose:
The Workday Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Sunrise Workday platform. Working closely with the Workday Administrator, this role focuses on user support, system testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
They are responsible for enhancing the user experience across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT by improving user satisfaction and response times for Workday-related inquiries, as well as strengthening documentation, testing accuracy, and data integrity.
