Associate Attorney (Workers’ Compensation) – Remote

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in litigation defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct all aspects of discovery and litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Provide thorough legal research, analysis, and negotiation strategies.
• Maintain proactive case management and compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
