Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, procedures, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including case evaluation, legal research, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients on workers’ compensation claims and compliance.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients before judges, mediators, and administrative agencies.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to ensure timely and efficient case management.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in workers’ compensation law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
