WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS SPECIALIST I

Integrity Employee Leasing is in search of a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist I. Responsibilities will include reporting and managing Workers Compensation claims, assisting in the preparation of loss run reports, and day-to-day risk management operations. Position offers many opportunities for growth in Workers Compensation Insurance/Risk Management.

Additional Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Receive and Report First Notice of Losses (FNOL) on newly injured workers

· Serve as a liaison between injured employee’s, our customers and the Worker’s Compensation insurance provider

· Develop and maintain meaningful loss reports and analyze the content of such reports to identify significant trends, problems, and/or improvements

· Contact medical providers for updates on employee’s work status and maintain information and records as necessary

· Maintain all files for Workers Compensation claims, spreadsheets, and update status.

· Basic account payables administration

· Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment

· Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

· Issue Certificates of Insurance for customers

· Workers Compensation compliance including in-house underwriting

· Other duties and special projects as assigned

Candidate must have strong organizational skills, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, communication proficiency, and technical capacity. The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
