Suburban-based workers' compensation defense firm seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented attorney to work in our offices in Naperville, IL. Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years experience in workers' compensation matters or a background in medical-related cases to handle a varied and challenging caseload. Basic Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 0-3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation litigation
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois

AND

• Member in Good Standing of Illinois State Bar
• Experience with billing
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe
• Experience with Lexis Advance
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
• Knowledge of administrative law and Illinois State law and procedure
• Courtroom experience (mock trial, moot court, 711 court appearances, administrative proceedings, civil court, mediations/negotiations, depositions, etc.)
• Familiarity with analyzing and summarizing medical records
