Location: Anaheim, CA (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; however, must be willing to travel throughout California)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $250,000 annually + bonus opportunity

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 to 15 years of experience and strong knowledge of California workers’ compensation laws
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• Experience representing a variety of clients, including large corporations and small businesses
• Trial experience in workers' compensation cases
• Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase
