We are seeking a Fully Remote Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking stability, strong mentorship, and a robust compensation package, all while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense matters
• Attend depositions, hearings, and status conferences
• Draft pleadings, reports, settlement documents, and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, claims professionals, and opposing counsel
• Maintain organized case files and meet all litigation deadlines

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• 1+ year of workers’ compensation experience
• Strong writing, research, and case-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
