Workers Compensation Defense Attorney - Nevada ONLY

Employer Defense Group (EDG, LLP) is officially expanding into Nevada, and we are looking for defense attorneys to help anchor our first office in the state.

We’ve built a reputation in California for delivering aggressive, cost-effective results that traditional firms can't match, and we’re ready to bring that model to the NV market.

Location: Nevada (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; however, must be willing to travel)

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually (plus bonus opportunities)

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 to 15 years of experience and strong knowledge of Nevada workers’ compensation laws
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Nevada Bar license
  • Experience representing a variety of clients, including large corporations and small businesses
  • Trial experience in workers' compensation cases
  • Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
