Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide support in all aspects of case managing. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring smooth case progression and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case management, including document review, filing, and organization within legal case management systems.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Manage data entry tasks related to client information, medical records, and claim details.
• Coordinate interviews with clients, witnesses, and medical providers to gather essential case information.
• Maintain meticulous records of case activities, correspondence, and court filings.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Skills

• Strong understanding of workers' compensation law procedures.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and document review.
• Superior organizational skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and clerical experience.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and use EAMS.
• Please do NOT apply if you do not have prior Workers' Compensation experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
