Workers' Compensation Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our Workers’ Compensation Department. You’ll lead our offshore team in the Philippines, review performance reports, and guide the department toward meeting its case goals. This role requires someone who is organized, strategic, and capable of inspiring others. Experience in workers’ compensation is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Workers’ Compensation Department
• Manage and mentor the offshore team in the Philippines to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Review and analyze reports to monitor performance and identify improvements
• Coordinate workflows and ensure timely case completion
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align department objectives with company goals
• Foster a professional, positive, and results-driven team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior leadership or management experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, or legal services (preferred, not required)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate remote/offshore teams effectively
• Organized, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
