Workflow Automation Specialist (Zapier, Make, n8n)

We’re looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimise automated processes using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n. You’ll play a key role in streamlining operations, connecting tools, and reducing manual work across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Design, implement, and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, and n8n
• Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and databases into streamlined workflows
• Troubleshoot errors and maintain reliability of automations
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to optimise processes
• Document workflows and create clear technical guides for team handover

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex workflows in Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST APIs, etc.)
• Experience with CRMs, marketing platforms, databases, and SaaS tools
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
