THE JOB:
As the Workforce Management Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations within the workforce management department, playing a pivotal role in shaping our team’s success! Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate staffing levels, assess business volume efficiency, and analyze customer satisfaction results across all areas of the property. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Implement Workforce Management departmental policies and procedures as directed by the Workforce Management Director

  • Work with complex department heads to adjust staffing models and approve schedule changes independently as necessary

  • Provides input and direction into the development and monitoring of property business plan, fiscal budgets, and department operations to produce both short and long-term profitability

  • Oversee the Workforce department's hiring, training, and coaching while creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, provides performance feedback, recognizes achievements, and fosters mutual respect and employee satisfaction

  • Adjust property staffing needs based on special events, while maintaining compliance with scheduling to include departments covered by collective bargaining agreements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Two years of experience in workforce management, and/or labor analytics, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Ability to design and create reports and present findings

  • Familiarity with labor metrics, planning and regulations

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
