**Do you already have relationships with hiring managers at warehouses, restaurants, hotels, call centers, large companies, or retailers?** If so, we want to talk.

We are a 501(c3) nonprofit staffing agency on a mission — we connect motivated job seekers with real opportunities in warehouse/logistics, food service, hospitality, and retail. We place 40–60 people at a time, and we're growing. We provide job training, & transportation to and from work

We're not looking to train someone to build a network from scratch. We need someone who already has one — and who wants to put it to work for something meaningful.

What You'll Do:

- Leverage your existing employer relationships to secure job orders for entry-level and light industrial roles etc..

- Match pre-screened, job-ready candidates from our program to open positions

- Act as the bridge between our nonprofit and your employer network

- Manage placements from order to start date, coordinating with our internal team

- Build on existing partnerships and expand when the time is right

What We're Looking For:

- **Active, working relationships** with hiring contacts at local employers — this is non-negotiable

- Background in staffing, workforce development, HR, or B2B sales

- Passion for community impact and workforce inclusion

- Self-starter who can work independently

- Experience placing candidates in warehouse, food service, retail, or similar industries

Compensation — Here's the Honest Picture:

This role is structured to reward results, not hours.

- **Base Retainer:** $500–$800/month (ensures you're covered while placements ramp up)

- **Per-Placement Commission:** $150–$300 per successful placement (paid from first client check)

- **Volume Bonus:** Additional bonuses when monthly placements exceed agreed targets

- **Realistic First-Year Earning Range:** $30,000–$55,000+ depending on placement volume
