Summary:
Executes content planning and development for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health (CNDH), supporting internal and external communications efforts. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented communicator who can draft, edit, and organize compelling content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand standards and supporting overall content strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in optimizing digital content for search visibility by conducting basic keyword research, updating page metadata, and implementing on-page SEO best practices to enhance discoverability across recruitment and patient-facing platforms
- Assists in creating and optimizing web pages and digital content by applying basic user experience (UX) principles that enhance clarity, usability, accessibility, and overall digital effectiveness
- Assists in conducting marketing research and competitor benchmarking to identify audience trends, emerging content opportunities, and best practices that support ongoing content strategy development
- Helps monitor and maintain accuracy of CNDH digital profiles across online directories and platforms, supporting reputation management efforts through regular audits, updates, and coordination with internal teams
- Supports execution of CRM and marketing automation tasks, including segmentation, list management, engagement tracking, and workflow updates to enhance targeted communication and recruitment marketing performance
- Drafts, edits, and proofreads content for internal campaigns, staff communications, recruitment materials, and patient-facing platforms
- Assists in maintaining an organized content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with project timelines and department goals
- Coordinates with internal teams to gather information and ensure message accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the CNDH voice
- Supports content scheduling and performance tracking in collaboration with the marketing team
- Assists with social media content development and scheduling, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
- Supports email marketing content creation and campaign execution in alignment with broader content initiatives
- Utilizes content management tools and analytics platforms to assist in evaluating content performance
- Assists in gathering and organizing analytics data across content platforms to inform ongoing content strategy
- Helps prepare regular performance reports for content initiatives, identifying key insights and areas for improvement
- Helps implement content workflows in cloud-based marketing platforms to streamline collaboration and delivery
- Contributes ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions, supporting creative development
- Maintains accurate records of project assets, editorial revisions, and content workflows
- Assists in managing creative requests and intake processes under the supervision of the manager
