Working Landscape Forman/Lead

## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Landscaper with 1-2 years of experience as a Forman to join our growing Landscape construction team. The Forman/team leader will be responsible for overseeing the crews, equipment, and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and communicating with the Owner and the project manager on a delay basis, to review project status, crews, review needs and supplies for the next day - week ect , to keep quality standards and safety.

## Duties

-Reliable Transportation/vehicle Insurance and Clear Driving Record

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

- Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets for projects

- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications

- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines

- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on-site and write daily reports

- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects

## Qualifications

- Proven experience in using skills in Landscape construction management and supervision

- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating

- Familiarity with construction management software like Prolog is a plus

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams

Pay: $25.98 - $35.00 per hour
