Student Ambassadors will assist in various departments within Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors and provide a helpful and welcoming atmosphere for students, faculty, staff and other members of the AUM Community.
Provide coverage for the front desk including answering phones, transfer calls, take messages, and/or sending emails on behalf of the staff.
Participate in webchats/ online and face to face events.
Printing, copying, and/or distributing promotional materials for programs, events, and activities including flyers, posters, and other materials.
Assist AUM programs and events as necessary.
Respond to inquiries regarding AUM.
