Workshop Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Workshop Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Workshop Supervisor in ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop and maintaining compliance with all organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements. The role focuses on record management, safety compliance, vehicle documentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure workshop safety standards are maintained, including equipment, tools, housekeeping, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Prepare and maintain audit reports for ISO, RTA, and other regulatory inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ISO standards, RTA requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Monitor and follow up on vehicle-related documentation, including registration cards (Mulkiya) and driver's licenses.
• Maintain and update weekly vehicle inspection records.
• Conduct weekly inspections of the store and monitor inventory levels to ensure critical materials are maintained at emergency stock levels.
• Maintain records and validity of all third-party safety certificates.
• Provide operational support and assist in resolving issues during emergencies or critical situations.
• Implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system requirements within the assigned work area.
• Report all QHSE non-conformities, incidents, and safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
