Workshop Fitter

Raybell and Sons are Northamptonshire's leading skip hire company, having been at the forefront of recycling and waste management solutions for over 30 years.

We are seeking to recruit a skilled mechanical fitter to work with our wide range of plant and commercial vehicles.

Duties

· Perform in house maintenance and minor repairs

· Carry out vehicle services and prep for MOT

· Diagnose mechanical faults

· Liaise with the office, reporting of issues and parts requirements

· Adhere to site health and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications

· Valid qualification in plant and machinery maintenance (or equivalent)

· Experience in a similar role, working with heavy and light plant machinery

· Proficiency with hand and power tools

· Background in welding highly advantageous

· Organised, able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.

· Excellent communication skills
