Workshop Head

• Plan, organize, and oversee all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for heavy machinery and equipment.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop and proper functioning of all machinery units.

• Manage administrative tasks related to spare parts purchasing, inventory control, and petty cash settlements.

• Supervise and guide workshop staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for management regarding maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing workshops for heavy vehicles, construction equipment, or transport machinery.

• Strong knowledge of budget planning, inventory management, and spare parts control.

• Experience in supervising technical teams and organizing maintenance operations.

• Good planning, leadership, and reporting skills.
