Overview:
We are hiring a Workshop Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering and strong experience in heavy equipment maintenance. The role involves managing workshop operations, supervising technicians, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to high standards.
Equipment's : Excavator, Loader, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Telehandler, Forklift, BoomTruck, Trailer, etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the workshop
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules for heavy equipment
• Support diagnostic and repair procedures
• Maintain parts inventory and service records
• Ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of construction or transport equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, graders)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
