Workshop Manager

Job Summary:

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of technicians. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring vehicle/equipment maintenance, repairs, and service activities while ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with clients/customers on job status and service updates.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work.
• Maintain workshop records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 5+ years of workshop experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment/vehicle maintenance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
