Workshop Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Thermal Rubber Insulation & Lay-Up Work
• Perform insulation and lay-up tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
• General Assembly Assistance
• Support engineers during integration and assembly processes.
• Handle components safely and assist in mechanical fitting tasks.
• Machining Floor Support
• Set up parts for machining operations.
• Conduct basic inspection, measurement, and quality checks.
• Perform deburring and finishing of machined components.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Technical Diploma / Vocational background in Mechanical or Manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience: 2–4 years in workshop operations; aerospace/defense exposure is a plus.
• Skills: Component handling, machine setup, inspection, deburring, assembly support.
• Mindset: Reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Flexibility: Comfortable rotating across different workshop functions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with aerospace or defense manufacturing standards.
• Knowledge of basic machining and inspection tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to multi-functional workshop tasks.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
