Workshop Supervisor

Job Summary

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all repair, service, and maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves leading a team of technicians, maintaining quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Check and approve all completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
• Diagnose complex issues and guide technicians when needed.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure proper use and calibration.
• Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
• Coordinate with other departments (parts, service, logistics) for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of repair orders, service reports, and warranty claims.
• Monitor team performance and report key workshop metrics.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an automotive workshop, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with premium or luxury vehicles preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preference to Arabic Speakers

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
