Workshop Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs
• Experience handling European, German, Japanese, and luxury vehicles is an advantage
• Ability to supervise and lead technicians and workshop staff
• Good knowledge of workshop operations, job allocation, and productivity management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with workshop management systems and repair procedures
• UAE driving license is must.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily workshop operations
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and according to quality standards
• Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery
• Support technicians in diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer approvals and repair updates
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline
• Train and motivate workshop staff to improve performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• Workshop Floor : 5 years (Required)
• GCC : 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
