Workshop/Factory Helper

Job Summary

The Workshop / Factory Helper supports daily workshop and factory operations by assisting technicians and workers, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and operators in daily workshop/factory tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop/factory area.
• Support basic assembly, packing, and production activities.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Perform minor manual tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of workshop or factory work preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing for long hours).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a workshop or factory environment is an advantage.
