Workwear Merchandiser

We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Workwear Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

• Manage the merchandising process for workwear orders from inquiry to delivery.
• Develop samples and coordinate with the design and production teams.
• Communicate with international buyers regarding product specifications, costing, timelines, and approvals.
• Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for industrial workwear.
• Prepare cost sheets, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and T&A calendars.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to meet customer quality standards.

Requirements:

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each order.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering and related field.
• 2–5 years of merchandising experience in workwear manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial fabrics, safety standards, and functional garments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and merchandising software/tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
