What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage complex wounds including pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and chronic wounds
• Provide wound care across SNF, LTC, and/or outpatient settings in your assigned Colorado territory
• Document visits and collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and clinical leadership
• Apply evidence-based protocols using advanced wound care modalities

Requirements

• Active Colorado licenses related to position
• Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, or WCC) preferred — or willingness to certify
• SNF, LTC, or wound care experience a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
