About the Role
CuraWound is seeking a Part-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality,
patient-centered wound care across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and
home settings in the Clarksville area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role for one to
two days per week offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful
impact on patient healing outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing wound care management using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document visits clearly and thoroughly in the EMR
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care best practices
• Adjust treatment strategies based on healing progress
• Serve as a clinical partner supporting improved standards of wound care across multiple settings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Current TN NP license and DEA (or eligibility)
• Experience in wound care; wound care certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across varied care environments
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour
