Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the wound care sector.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product training, and supporting post-sale needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proven experience in account management and B2B (business-to-business) sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in medical or pharmaceutical sales, especially within wound care or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in outside sales settings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, with a focus on creating impactful presentations and reports.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
