Job Description
Syensqo is seeking a skilled XECM Content Management Developer to join its document management team. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and supporting enterprise content management applications such as SharePoint, AODocs, M-Files, and xECM. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and streamline document workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain document management applications (SharePoint, AODocs, M-Files, Sinequa).
- Design and implement API integrations with enterprise systems (SuccessFactor, ERP, Salesforce, DocuSign).
- Build automation workflows for document lifecycle management.
- Implement security and compliance controls (access management, audit trails, retention policies).
- Optimize search engine functionality (indexing, metadata management, e-discovery).
- Develop scripts/utilities in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript.
- Support cloud/on-prem deployments (AWS, SQL Server, archive servers).
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure system stability.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in xECM, M-Files, SharePoint.
- Proficiency in API development (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Programming/scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- SQL expertise (queries, reporting, optimization).
- Familiarity with search engines (Sinequa, ElasticSearch).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and hybrid environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development/application engineering.
- Proven track record of API integrations and workflow automation.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹3,800,000.00 per year
