Xfinity Property Manager $30,000 BASE + COMMISSION

Locations: Lawrence, Fall River, and Greater Boston Area | $30,000 base + commission

We are seeking motivated, professional, and relationship-driven individuals to join our team as Xfinity Property Manager Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with apartment communities, condominium associations, property management companies, and residential housing developments to help connect residents with Xfinity internet, TV, and home connectivity solutions.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building business relationships, working independently, and helping property managers provide valuable services to their residents. This is an OUTSIDE SALES POSITION – WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Duties

• Educate property management teams on Xfinity products, services, and exclusive community offerings.
• Conduct in-person visits to properties throughout Lawrence, Fall River, and the Greater Boston area.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Xfinity services to new apartment complexes, multifamily properties, and residential developments.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and residents to answer questions and provide solutions tailored to their connectivity needs.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize resident engagement and service adoption.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Sales, customer service, property management, marketing, or account management experience is a plus, but not required.
