This position includes:

• Role: Yard Spotter
• Product Hauled: Drywall
• Equipment Moved: 48 & 53ft Flatbed Trailers
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am start time (8-10 hour days)
• Home Time: Daily — home after every shift

Pay

• $20/hour
• Gross Weekly Average: $800
• Weekly Incentives

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and careful with procedures
• Safety-driven with a focus on accuracy
• Comfortable following established processes
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with company policy

Required Qualifications:

• A CDL-A is not required, but preferred
• Experience maneuvering trailers or operating a yard truck/spotter truck
• No disqualifying tickets/accidents in the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol violations
• A strong, safety-first mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Move and position trailers safely within the yard
• Spot trailers to dock doors as directed by operations
• Maintain accurate trailer moves and yard logs
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on spotter trucks
• Communicate equipment or yard issues promptly
• Follow all company safety protocols and yard procedures
