About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee yard operations, material handling, and workforce coordination. The candidate should have experience in the UAE and knowledge of cabin manufacturing activities. Prefabrication knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily yard operations and workers.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
• Coordinate with production and site teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the yard area.
• Track inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards.
• Follow UAE safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience as Yard Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge or experience in cabin manufacturing is required.
• Prefabrication knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily activities.
• Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and yard operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
