Yearbook Designer (Seasonal – Oct 2025 to June 2026)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Yearbook Designer to help build and edit school yearbooks for our clients. This is a seasonal position (October 2025 – June 2026) with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
No prior experience is required — we provide full training on all software and design standards.

What You’ll Do

• Design and assemble school yearbooks using specialized software
• Place and organize images according to client instructions
• Review and edit pages to ensure quality and consistency
• Communicate with clients and team members to meet deadlines
• Make creative design decisions and problem-solve when needed
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills (experience with Photoshop or InDesign is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and time management
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Must pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Job Details

• Type: Temporary / Seasonal
• Hours: 20–40 per week
• Shifts: Day shift; occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
