Position: Local Production Manager

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of experience in the textile and garment industry, preferably with good sewing and pattern-making skills.
University graduate (associate degree in textile and garment manufacturing from universities is also acceptable)
Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, dynamic.
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Good command of English speaking and writting,
Able to adapt to a flexible and demanding work pace,
Holds a Class B driver's license and can drive actively,
Needs own car, motoring/petrol expenses will be paid by the company
No travel restrictions when necessary,
Residing in Istanbul/European side,

Job Description:
Managing the entire manufacturing process and handling all communication between our company's manufacturers in Türkiye and our UK office.
To carry out process and final inspections of manufacturing processes in garment production facilities efficiently, systematically, and effectively in accordance with the quality plan and to meet customer needs and standards.
