Inspire Giving. Strengthen Community.
At the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, we believe strong communities are built when everyone has the opportunity to thrive. As Director of Annual Giving, you will play a vital leadership role in advancing that vision — ensuring access to programs that empower young people, improve health and well-being, and foster social responsibility.
This is a visible, mission-driven leadership role for a relationship-centered fundraiser who believes philanthropy is about connection, trust, and impact.
You will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and partner across branches to lead a comprehensive Annual Giving strategy that inspires generosity and expands opportunity across our community.
