• Essential Functions: Accurately process transactions, membership sales, and program registrations using the YMCA’s Point-of-Sale (POS) and membership management systems. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all computer-based transactions and records.
• Qualifications: Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and accurate data entry required.
• Work Environment: Frequent and detailed use of computers and POS systems for processing transactions, entering member data, collecting payments, and managing customer accounts during typical 3–5-hour shifts.

This position is part time, and hours vary with shifts available mid-afternoon, evening and weekends. Must be available to work holidays.

Applicants must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma, and preference will be given to those with two years customer service experience.
