As part of our growing Preventive Care & Wellness Program, we are looking for a professional Yoga Instructor who is passionate about holistic health and enjoys working one-on-one with clients in a home setting.

Role Overview

As a Yoga Instructor at Home, you will conduct personalised yoga sessions at clients’ homes, focusing on physical fitness, mental wellbeing, flexibility, stress management, and lifestyle improvement.

This role is ideal for instructors who value quality sessions, respectful clients, and a supportive work environment—rather than crowded studio schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or family yoga sessions at clients’ homes
• Design customised yoga programs based on:
• Client fitness level
• Medical conditions (where applicable)
• Age and lifestyle
• Teach yoga for:
• Stress relief and mental wellness
• Flexibility and strength
• Weight management
• Senior wellness
• Postural correction and breathing techniques
• Guide clients in:
• Asanas
• Pranayama
• Relaxation and basic meditation
• Ensure safe practice, especially for elderly or medically supervised clients
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respectful conduct at all times
• Coordinate schedules with the operations team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in Yoga Instruction (200/300/500 hours preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (home or private sessions preferred)
• Good understanding of basic anatomy and injury prevention
• Ability to modify poses for beginners, seniors, and special needs clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, patient, and professional attitude
