YOGA TEACHER

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead yoga classes, create a welcoming environment, and provide guidance on yoga techniques and philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct yoga classes for participants of various skill levels
• Demonstrate and teach proper yoga poses and breathing techniques
• Provide modifications for different body types and abilities
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere during classes
• Offer guidance on mindfulness and meditation practices
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized yoga studio environment

Skills

• Strong knowledge of yoga principles, techniques, and philosophy
• Certification in yoga instruction or related field
• Experience in leading group fitness classes
• Ability to provide hands-on adjustments and corrections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga
• Knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy
• Additional skills in personal training, Pilates, or dance are a plus
