· Conduct Yoga Sessions: Lead group and individual yoga classes for patients in various stages of rehabilitation, ensuring exercises are adapted to each individual's condition and ability.

· Personalized Plans: Create personalized yoga plans that cater to patients' specific needs, considering their physical limitations, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.

· Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess the physical and emotional progress of patients and adjust yoga practices as needed to support their recovery journey.

· Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with physical therapists, doctors, and other rehabilitation staff to ensure integrated care and adjust yoga routines as part of the overall rehabilitation plan.

· Educate Patients: Provide instruction on breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and body awareness to enhance recovery and mental well-being.

· Promote Well-Being: Encourage a holistic approach to health by integrating yoga into the patients' overall recovery process, focusing on reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and building strength.

· Safety and Precautions: Ensure patient safety during yoga sessions, making adjustments to poses as necessary and providing modifications for different levels of ability.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of patient attendance, progress, and any relevant feedback to track improvements over time.

· Continual Learning: Stay updated with new research, techniques, and developments in yoga for rehabilitation and incorporate them into the practices offered at the centre.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
