Job Title: Reception Executive & Yoga TrainerLocation:

• OPD Hours: Reception Handling
• Non-OPD Hours: Yoga Sessions (Offline & Online)

Job Summary:

This position combines front-desk reception responsibilities during OPD hours with conducting offline and online yoga sessions during the remaining working hours. The role requires professional patient handling, coordination with doctors, and delivery of yoga programs as per clinic-approved protocols.

Key Responsibilities:A. Reception Handling (During OPD Hours):

• Manage patient registration, appointments, and walk-in inquiries.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups related to OPD.
• Maintain patient records, files, and reports with confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth OPD functioning.
• Assist in billing support, receipts, and payment updates as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, therapists, and patients to avoid delays or misunderstandings.

B. Yoga Training (Rest of the Day – Offline & Online):

• Conduct scheduled yoga sessions (individual or batch) at the clinic.
• Deliver online yoga sessions via approved platforms as per timetable.
• Follow doctor-approved yoga protocols for therapeutic and general wellness programs.
• Ensure correct posture, breathing techniques, and safety during sessions.
• Monitor participant progress and share feedback with the doctor.
• Gradually advance yoga practices based on patient response and guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification or training in Yoga (Therapeutic Yoga preferred)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Good communication and patient-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
