Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Young Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities. This role is ideal for a recently qualified CA who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis for management
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory norms
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
• Support internal audits and implement process improvements
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
